I'm gonna miss another one

But at least I have a good excuse this time. My wife gave me a day at the race track for my 50th. Check this place out. I guess this is the other end of the spectrum from rock crawling. I'll be on the track in West Palm Beach while you guys are on the rocks in Birmingham. We can compare pictures at the next Cottonland meeting.

'bout 5 hours from P=cola. Maybe more in a 40.

Gonna see if any of the other NWFL guys are going.....

Maybe I can put my 50 Ft gooseneck to work???

AT LEAST 5 hours from Bham to Pensacola...and more in a 40. The wife's family lives in Bay Minette so we make the trip often...catch traffic through Bham or Montgomery at the wrong time, like on a Friday afternoon around 5:00 p.m. and you can add another hour or two.

Music

I would like to invite any barely famous guitar player to bring a guitar to the ride. We have one fine guitarist coming and need some more. After some beers, there will be more than enogh singers. Should be fun around the camp fire!

If things don't change......I'm in!!

Looks like we will have a good size group. Make sure to sign up so the Mississippi boys can get a good count.

Greg, How many people do we have so far?

So far I think everyone who has registered has posted here, about 22 people. There are still several folks here in MS who want to come but will have to wait untill closer to time to decide. Already a great group, though.

Bring those Sammys and show us how it's done. Hope it all works out so yall can come.

Don't leave me out Greg. If I make it back from Yankee Land in time, I will be there. With Brian and Jeff's mechanical expertise, the Green Machine should be ready to roll by the time I get back. Does that bring it up to 23?

Haven't heard anything lately on this thread. Just thought I would kick it back up.

Looks like my junk will be ready for the ride. Didn't know there for awhile.

That's one sweet @ss wheelie bar, looks just like a lawn mower...

Hey all I am new to the board, but I have passed on to a few other forums about this ride. More than likely I will be attending along with Britt.

It should be good times. However some of the Mississippi boys might be distracted by other more important things.

A month from now things should be better but I'm sure it is the last thing on their minds right now.

Does anyone know what Jeff and the other military folk are up to or if they will even be free by then?

I saw Jeff yesterday in Gulfport. He and James are staying busy fueling choppers. He really has no idea how long he will be there.

Talked to Jeff yesterday afternoon, he seemed to think a months duty but said probably sooner to get home. Hope everyone is as excited & lookin forward to as me. Oh yea, raffle prizes looook goood!
