Nope.
Soon I'll get to see if I go 2 for 2 on pleasant TSA passage for this trip. Last time in this airport, in the Pre-Check lane, I was granted the wonderful status of "randomly selected passenger for enhanced personal screening and bag check". Only held me up for an extra 5 minutes tho. Seems they weren't looking to see if I had one of those air pod subwoofers installed, if you know what I mean![]()

they misspelled 'tax payer funded' and wrote 'free' for some reason. I was told there was no such thing?
No application or means test, just giving it all away.
That sucks for sure. I have a disdain for dump trucks since they have done so much damage to my rock magnet of a cruiser.I had work in Charleston today. It's raining. Traffic is backed up for about two miles. Crossing the Cooper River Bridge I get behind a city dump truck in the right lane. They are going slow and spreading sand(???) on the road, like a salt truck in the winter time. I'm able to switch lanes and right when I get beside the truck I hear a sound like a shot gun. Look over to the passenger side and there is a thumb sized hole in my passenger glass and the whole glass is spider webbed. Before I can say "WTF", the whole window falls out.
I keep driving because I'm running late and they would probably just deny it anyway.
Did I mention it was raining?!
I had to ride home, 3 hours, with no passenger glass, heat on, jacket on, interior soaked.

No John, they probably are sold out. Perhaps Home Depot?Seems that my local Lowe's - so I'm assuming most or all Lowe's - no longer sells gas powered string trimmers or blowers, and only had 2 gas self propelled mowers making up the approx 12 mowers on display. That sucks badly enough, but there also appeared to be no maintenance parts support for gas engines under lawnmower size except for spark plugs and canned E-free gas.
I'm now wondering if the "shortage" of lawn tractors and zero turn mowers is just to rope us all in once they unleash a mass of those same products in electric? I honestly did not know that electric zero turns existed until this weekend. I'd love to try one, if just for the creepy factor.
Find yourself an old Snapper rider (like the one that Forest Gump drives) and spring for the nice Stihl string trimmer at a Stihl dealer. As @Comet said, Ace Hardware carries Stihl. Those old Snappers are fantastic and an amazingly simple driveline design. No hydros to leak or wear out. I had one one time that I accidentally filled up with kerosene. I didn't realize it until after I had finished my whole yard. When I turned off the mower, it wouldn't start back up. That's when I saw the empty kerosene jug. A quick drain and fill with actual gas and I was back up and running. I bought that mower for $100, used it for five years and sold it for $150. There are gazillion of them on Marketplace for under $500.Seems that my local Lowe's - so I'm assuming most or all Lowe's - no longer sells gas powered string trimmers or blowers, and only had 2 gas self propelled mowers making up the approx 12 mowers on display. I hear your rant, and I don't blame you. I am a convert to all electric - I just got the milwaukee walk behind - after having the Honda HRX for the last 10 years - so easy to push if I want to - can't keep up with the self propel, cuts nice - no gas needed and pretty quiet - love itSeems that my local Lowe's - so I'm assuming most or all Lowe's - no longer sells gas powered string trimmers or blowers, and only had 2 gas self propelled mowers making up the approx 12 mowers on display.
