Currently running old J springs with 2" MetalTech spacers. Got 4" MAN-A-Fre drop brackets. Restoring the truck, and planning on switching to OME Stock height with 20mm front spacers. Stock bumper, etc upfront. Will the 4" drop brackets be too much on a near stock height 80?

Too much castor gives you diarrhea.

Too much caster can wear the sides of your tires and make a tendency for tires to slip in turns. The 4 inch brackets will give about 7 degrees of caster, which is too much. I’m sure you can find someone to take them off your hands since they are no longer available.

What he said...
Yeah it will feel like a heavy tank. It be harder to turn a corner at slow speeds.
Since Js plus 2" of spacer gave approx 5.5" of lift... removing the 4" bracket might put you about where you are now as far as same amount of caster with 861s plus 20mm should be 30mm of lift. Remove the brackets & go for a spin to see how she drives down the road.

Sound advice. Thanks so much, gentlemen.

I'm sure you will find an eager buyer for those brackets when you take them off.
