TLC 4x4 Shop Visit - May 10th

Hi Guys,

Daniel from TLC 4x4 has invited us to do a shop tour at their facility in Harrisburg, NC and we're aiming for a Saturday morning In May or June. I'm talking to him to see what works best but open to hear y'alls thoughts as well.


Their facility is super impressive, @neslrac and I got a tour when we picked up the bumper (which was a fantastic and generous raffle prize). They do total frame off nut and bolt made to order restorations of 40s, 60s, 80s with crate motors or engine rebuilds and no expense spared including their own upholstery, fab work, painting.

May 10th has won the pole so that will be the date! Will organize with Daniel but I'm thinking of a 10:30 or 11am start to allow people come in from out of town some time to make the drive.

How does everyone feel about May 10th?

If that doesn't work the 24th (nevermind that's memorial day / coke 600 weekend) and 31st are also options.

I didn't even think about that weekend being memorial day weekend and the Coke 600 (on sunday but there's races friday/saturday too) I'll go ahead and remove that from the options list it'll be much easier to do the 10th or 31st.

It doesn't look like you can remove poll options... so I guess if you pick that your vote doesn't count

My family is doing mother's day lunch on Saturday to avoid the Sunday madness. I hate I'm going to miss this. Hopefully you guys can take a lot of photos and post them here. I want to see more of the 80 with a built 2JZ I think they are currently working on; if it's still in the shop.
