although i would be more concerned about the head issue before i sunk money into the tires...

What Crushers said. If your a newbie with a new vehicle I would be inclined to go right over your LJ with a fine tooth comb and make it perfect before anything else.
There has been more than odd cyl head go on these just after delivery and the cost is astronomical ,especially if you have to pay some else to do the labour.
 
2L-T can run fine 34" with no mods to engine and axles ( re-gearing) .?

increase the boost to 14 lbs and an 2 1/2" exhaust and it works well... off road. now remember, he didn't ask what worked good on road but what fit...
 
Thanks for all the info. I've heard about the head problem and am concerned about it. I'm having the truck checked out .:beer:
