when you reassemble dont forget to reinstall the trapezoid, little critters can crawl up under the timing cover and cause issues. also throw a little wheel bearing grease on the crank pully where it slips over the crank, itll keep it from getting stuck on the crank for the next time it has to come off

good catch.

Belt was frayed on the front edge. When you remove the crank pulley, check the orientation of the sensor wheel ( that little sprocket). Wonder if it was installed backwards and the teeth wore into the belt over time.

Which Aisin kit is recommended with the crankshaft seals? Is there a part number? Where do you buy it?
TIA!!!

I did a second set of timing belt videos while i had an engine out. These are easier to see everything in.

Great Video. Excellent lighting, much better view of everything (engine out) and as always, very complete instructions and helpful hints. Good job Sir.

Couldn't help but notice how ambidextrous you are. Most folks heavily favor using one hand for everything, but you just kind of flow all over that engine. :wrench:

Thanks for all you do....providing this kind of information for all of us.

Flint.
