Any input or opinions on the best tie rod end kit. Any difference between say a OEM kit from Cruiser teq vs the heavy duty kit from Manafre? Appreciate the advice. Thanks

Get a kit made by 555. They are the best.

I'd buy it from Cruiser Teq if I was in the US. @cruiseroutfit and his team seem to know what they're on about!

Terrain Tamer also has a beefy made-in-Japan TRE kit.
I have a question related to the install of a 555 TRE kit. I'm installing this on my FJ62, and one connection seems kinda weird. When torquing the castle nuts, all tightened nicely to 67 ft-lb, except the relay rod onto the tie rod. That one keeps spinning, and in fact the castle nut has threaded well past the hole for the cotter pin. It also seems like the rods might be closer together than intended (but I'm not sure about that).
I'll try to get a picture of the situation. Hoping someone can confirm that either it's normal and I should just run it, or that something is off on either the TRE, the relay rod end, or both. I purchased the 555 kit from Cruiser Teq, so will probably reach out to them as well.
