Finding a nice, good condition 80 is high on my list right now. Need to get my mind off my Wagoneer and find an 80 for our family roadtrips and camping. Want a nice starting point which is why I'm going to be picky.

Just looked at the pics of my Waggy all busted up. Can't believe how gutted I feel :crybaby:. Here's hoping an 80 will cheer me up. If anyone finds one I'd appreciate you letting me know by PM or bob@bobsethi.com. Thanks.

I bought a red 96 this summer, with lockers, leather, 3rd row seating, rear heat with 89kmiles. I paid $14,500 usd. It has a super clean interior but has a bit of corrosion. There are lots out there for cheap but the nice ones are pricier.

Thanks! Will send emails for the ones that look good. Where's the last one? (city missing in address)

The last one looked like a scam ad anyway. I think it was Long Island

I almost bought a 40 anniversary 97? With 89k miles 1 owner from the original owners for,7500 a few weeks ago but the I found my lx450 that was much cheaper with 120 k miles so I took that

You guys have me wondering if I should flip my lx450 now. Maybe you should by mine for 8k

Yeah, that's what I'm finding, too. The 'cheap' ones can still be good, though.

i bet this thing could be had for $5k. nobody in brooklyn wants a car that needs motor work, its just not in the vocabulary.
he should just show up with 6k in his pocket and pull out 5.

for 7500 i would negotiate down 500 bucks for the engine knock, worst thing that could happen is you dump in 3-4 grand in misc fix it up stuff concerning the engine, front axles and such and you'll have a super low millage cruiser with what looks like an excellent body and interior!
