Hazard, thanks for starting this thread and including "and more". I am in the process of swapping a ZF 8HP75 into my J80. I am using the TurboLamik TCU, which is the preferred TCU in the 8HP swap scene.

Eventually I might do a build thread but I installed a 6.2L, 6L80E from a 2014 Camaro into my 1996 LX450. It runs great and is a blast to drive.
An important part of getting this project finalized is the tuning. I asked permission to post here...

Accidently killed the 10+ year old no brand radiator when fixing my crooked motor mounts. New shroud and TYC rad in. Only old part of my cooling system now is the heater core.

Just passed 13 years of ownership and spending the spring re-baselining some things and going through a ton of other things that are still original. Just received box 1 of 3 from Impex, it's like Christmas.
So let me just say, YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!
I thought I had fixed the code by changing the thermostat, but it came back a day later. I checked the wires when I got home today, since I installed a new o2 connector harness, and sure enough I had...
So, not-so-pro tip for those that run into this in the future. As you may know, the blue sensor wire from the ECM to the O2 sensor has an outer shielding wire that surrounds the actual inner wire. This shielding wire is important, but ensure this...
