Rotor cap & button-DONE
Thermostat-DONE
Upper rad hose-DONE
Lower rad hoses-DONE

Finish rear cargo box-

Lift looks good, glad someone is marking things off, mine seems to be growing....

Got all but AC belt off, pulled shroud and fan, got intake off and I'm almost ready to pull valve cover. Bad part is the further in I go the more I feel like I should go ahead and do "while I'm in there" Got the headlight switch re-pinned and reinstalled. Also got the ELS bar mounted, and I am trying to decide if I can reuse the PIAA harness to power it for now.

Anyway, here's the carnage to-date

Got slider shipping notification today, should arrive 4/22. Ready to install alternator, but realized last night that I will be doing the "90A Mod" on it, so what I thought would be an easy bolt-in turned into another project itself. Just need to do a little grinding and I will be set.
 
Got the pinion/carrier bearing puller today and the gears from Marlin should be here Friday. Hopefully this weekend I can get the V6 w/Detroit back in and get this dang welded diff out. I hate the quirks of the welded rear.

Last thing after the diff is to flip my tires on the rims. I'm so not looking forward to that task. Probly gonna get some guys over to help so I don't have to do all 4 by myself.

I hear ya, just redid all my beadlocks after the chocco run a couple weeks ago. all new hardware and a repaint, took all frickin' day.
 
I'm knocking my list down day by day (with some help). My test run is this weekend so my deadline is a good bit before GSMTR. I just got my front drive shaft back so I should be able to get that in tomorrow. Then I just need to stick the exhaust back on and see if I can make my fan shroud fit. Should be good to go after that.

One of the items on my list before GSMTR is to go to Oliver Springs/Oakridge and order items needed for the Friday night cook out and some other item we need. I thought I would go to Southern's Trailfest on May 3rd & 4th. Plan on arriving early on Friday and doing my shopping then on Saturday I want to run trails 22/42/43 over to Frozen Head State Park to see if it is an easy or moderate wagon friendly trail and check the time. If it works out we will use this for one of the guided rides. I would like some one to ride it with me, not likely to find someone at Trailfest that wants to ride that easy of trail, so would one of you east TN guys want to come ride with me on Saturday May 4 ?

I would if it was any other weekend! My wife's bday is the 4th and we are going to Mt. Pisgah in NC.

I feel like I need to do more. I will try to get Friday off and meet you Roger. I will drive the 100. I will call you or email you to firm it up.
Guess I need to register for Trailfest?

There is a good chance I can do a ride on that Saturday. I need to get my truck out.
 
That would be great. I will camped in the event area Friday night. We can meet up at the trailhead, let me know what time is good for you.
 
Sliders.... check. I am pretty happy with them in natural steel, so just gonna clear them and bolt them on. Also got a box from LOWE today, so now it's on like Donkey Kong! 23 days til we have to roll East (leaving on Thursday).... this chit just got serious!

Any recommendations on clear?

Front coils finally showed up still have to assemble the coil overs, diffs are supposed to done tomorrow, just pick up new to me tires from Rance, and 3 days off work got my fingers crossed it all will come together.
