I made an Rj45 mount to be used with a ham face plate, or you can use with the mic I believe.
On my etsy site if you need them.

Awesome! Ordered 2!

Installed the RJ45 and USB mounts from @Outsane . Really cleaned up my install. Both ports are run to my Midland MXT275 MicroMobile GMRS radio at this time. I’ll swap the USB over to a head unit whenever I get one and install it.

Love this one for side lights on roof rack. Not sure what it came out of but would like to get another one as the two circuits make it a space saver.

Edit: Late Model Camry Switch. PN: 84751-06010 Retail price is ~$90.00.

Does anyone know if there are more latching dual button switches like this? It’s a great space saver. Can the pwr/2nd start button be modified to latch each button on independently of the other

Today was my third attempt to find a set of es300 seat heater switches at the local scrap yard. Instead, I discovered these on/off seat heater switches with indicator light from a 1999 Avalon.

Adding to my collection...

Slightly OT, where did you stash the radio unit?
Right now it’s under the radio, behind the Wits End switch plate. I’m going to end up moving it to the console area before too long.

Hello Everyone,

need help identifying this switch button please

Anyone have an oem looking manual glow plug momentary switch they've used?
Also looking for one. Were you able to find anything suitable?

Has anyone found any companies that make aftermarket switches that fit the 80s cutouts?

- why are you looking for a aftermarket switch for a OEM Tall & Skinny size spec. knock-out opening ?

- what tack / tasks or features are you thinking a
Chairman MO grade switch can do or prefor that a oem Toyota Japan Spec. one cannot ?

photos of what ever it is you post inquiring about is always a @MustHave here in Tech....

so ,

- what does this mean exactly ? bypass the hand break connect on my aftermarket head unit using a switch

-
what year is your 80 ?

- are you 100% on having a push-button lock and un-lock switch here ?

.

- or would a rocker suffice ?

,.

- is it VEDRTICAL or Horizonal ?

.

- you wish for a ACTIVE ON type illumination ONLY indicator

or

-

- BOTH a ACTIVE ON type illumination ONLY indicator & a interior illumination night time driving too feature ?

- keep in mind have a dual bulbs features limits your Options BUT they DO exist , ......fyi

be specific on all of the above please

- based on this final set of questions , ill check my horde of both NOS and pre -owned BENCH TESTED swithed that meet your critirea

- to be both honest and straight talk here , that proposed switch above from CH4x4 , will stand out in a un-natural way , and may indeed enter the goddy as s#it category as well ,

- its way way too to far away in appearance of the rest of a 80 series dash to be honest ,

- one of the areas i specialize in is 1997- and older Land Cruiser Switches ANYTHING ,,,,

- this was my latest design and pipe dream vision for a fellow member , i did all the concept layout and style applications , supplied all the parts materials , and skooled him a lesson on converting the OEM Switch base platform to what u see below ....

this is a 1987 FJ60

i only work with LED ,

sorry , NO fred flinstone incandescent job scopes , that time has passed and thanks god ,.,,,,,

so the bypass is for functions that will normally only allow you to use when stopped. this safety feature is standard with newer head units that have apps or other things that may be considered distracting. Its done simply my sending the green hand break wire from the head unit to ground but through a switch, it cant be connected directly sending a signal all the time. So it needs something like a switch to act as though the handbrake has been used. I would like a lighted switch to where i could wire into the dash lights and close the circuit for the switch illumination through the ground wire id be open and closing.
-year 1997
-a rocker will suffice yes but lets see what you got
-vertical
-active on only is good

I looked into some of CH4X4 options because id rather go that route that cut a hole for some janky round switch.
