I will never buy a vehicle that requires a subscription like this. OnStar, mobile hot spot I get, remote start from the key fob... give me a break.

Ya that’s a little to money hungry!!
Unless it’s like Toyota’s Intune you have to subscribe to to get all the apps on the radio but it’s free. It uses your cell data.

Its not just Toyota, its everyone. BMW is doing it with apple carplay and their heated seats, Tesla does it with a bunch of features, FCA is now getting in the game as well

Not a great option from a manufacturer, especially since it's illegal to leave a vehicle running unoccupied in MD. I'd imagine MD is not the only state with this law.

Snagged an 80 this time… hopefully holds up better than the 4Runner did. My kid broke the 4Runner hot wheels in about 5 minutes flat this morning.

I feel like a fisherman this morning. I thought of your incoming reply when I wrote this. Did not disappoint. :flipoff2:

That's cause 4runner owners don't wheel their rigs. Just like heep owners building mall crawlers :flipoff2:

Just stating for the record that I miss my GX. We had so many good times together and there was no good reason to say goodbye.

What vehicles do you guys regret selling/The one that got away?

I hate to say it but I was not impressed with the durability of the 4runner. I would of thought toyota would of put a hell of a lot more effort into a set of skid plates for a TRD package and put a lot more ground clearance on it as well.
My "one that got away was a 1982 CJ-7 5 speed hardtop was perfect.

Toyota "skid plates" are a joke. Why even bother with 16 ga skid plates except to say the vehicle has skid plates?
