Finally jumped the mini truck boat and got a hundy! Very different animal but was pretty impressed with it in stock form. Bumpers sliders, air, 285's and dual batteries soon!

If anyone's in the Springs area this weekend, the Colorado Land Cruisers are headed to China Wall for some wheelin'. The pic below is from last year's trip. I'm scaling the main obstacle in my stock 100 w/ 285's. Some doubted my mall cruisers ability, but ATRAC rocked and she crawled right up without issue. There's a bypass if this looks like too much fun for ya.

The new layout really takes the steam out of the photo thread. Is there a way to make the pictures appear full sized all the time?

My friend came over and helped me install a rear bumper this weekend. Then, we took his Disco I to Rowher Truck trail to test the cooling system.
In typical Rover fashion, this happened a five climbs in. We stopped to check a noise and I saw coolant spewing from under the Disco.
To save face, it turned out to be user error. The owner thought there was a coolant leak a few months ago. So he kept over filling the coolant reservoir. The coolant got hot. It had no where to expand to. So it started spewing onto the ground. Then, yours truly went to place the radiator cap back on. And the O-ring fell out of the cap and disappeared through a black hole. We used some perma-seal paste and turned around.
On the plus side, the Rover had zero traction issues with no traction control and just a center locker. Which is pretty impressive. My pre-locked 100 has had trouble scrambling up these super steep and loose hills in the past.
New rear bumper, sans swing out. I got the swing out on last night. Pictures to follow.

I just bought my 30" LED lightbar and I'm going to put it in the space below the grille where the Razorback license plate (GO HOGS!!). Let me know what you guys think!
That looks just like my old 100... nostalgia. Careful with blocking too much airflow and it could be kind of low to be super useful, but would be pretty cool. Use a spot beam.

As purchased (Yes the front bar is fugly
Gave it a quick tidy up, Plasti dip'ed the wheels
Tested it out towing a car, has heaps of torque (chip and 3" exhaust)
Have got an ARB Deluxe bar ordered and a suspension lift to install over Easter. I'm loving it!!
