FINALLY got some real tires on this thing. Always loved my BFGs on my previous trucks and I have to say - I am very pleased w/ them on the 100. Two simple pics for now. I'll post some more later. It's amazing what dropping the RBs & spoiler and adding a simple rack and some 285s will do. I would say 'nothing special' (as compared to some awesome-looking rigs on here), but it wouldn't be true. She's special to me! Many thanks to all w/ info on here who helped inspire a few quick, simple 'mods' that finally make me feel like my truck is no longer a mall cruiser!

Redbird - western Indiana

I loaded up the family of 6 and went to Redbird SRA in western Indiana.. fun was had by all. The :princess: even said, "I think this is the best idea you've ever had." I guess that was a compliment.

What a great time! My first off-road trip with the LC. It climbed some hills that amazed me and everyone else in the car. Highly recommend Redbird for light-weights like me. There are a lot more hills and trails than I drove, mostly for atv's and motorcycles though. Youtube has some nice videos of the lesser wise and their vehicles (mostly jeeps) on the hills (pretty entertaining). Pic 2 was after I finally figured out how to escape the friggin' mud hole that kept me from getting a good line through the small trees without scraping up both sides of the LC (probably punishment for the running boards, eh?).

First real off roading

After getting the AT tires, OME lift and WK sliders on and catching up on all the PM, taking the 100 out on some real* 4x4 trails was long overdue. (*I know Rowher Trail isn't the most intense).

You can't tell from the pictures (I was driving not taking pictures) but there were some long, steep, loose and rocky climbs. I was super impressed with the 100. 4Lo+1st gear+2000RPM=made it up everytime. Never got stuck and climbed over much bigger rocks than I thought it could.

Thanks for all the help and advice I got from Mud over the last 2 years.
