I purchased bolts for the roll bar from Mcgeorge Toyota. Part # 91651-61022. Measures 22mm In length. Several of them aren’t quite long enough to bite including 2 of the ones that the seatbelts attach to.
I see they have a bolt part # 91651-61030. Can anyone confirm that this bolt is 8mm longer?

I'm pretty sure that the last 2 numbers in that part number are the length.

If I remember correctly @OGBeno posted a breakdown of the nomenclature somewhere a long time ago.

Based on all that, 22, and 30 being the last two digits, that will give you the extra 8mm.

A little bit of good info here.

Roll Bars secured with the final 4 bolts. 91651-61030.
One jump seat upholstery finished and installed. Cruiser Corp covers.
It’s not perfect but you get what you pay for.
Will do the second tomorrow and will get photos of them installed. New jump seat straps and turnbuckle fasteners.

Looking good! The pic makes it look like headrests don't quite match, likely due to fading. I bookmarked a post long ago from @cbmontgo on headrest paint. Maybe they have a grey that matches? How did you make the holes for the headrests, just punch them through, or something fancy? It's on my list. PO installed the cruisercorps covers but not headrests.
That paint has held up great, by the way. Pretty amazing stuff.

@Goldbug and @cbmontgo …….headrests do not match. PO recovered the front seats and obviously didn’t address the headrest. No idea how he punched holes for the headrests. I am only working in the jumps at the moment. Ill look into the paint. Thank you.

Here along the panhandle of the gulf coast it seems as thought we have a 30-40% chance of rain every day during the summer months. Mostly afternoon pop-up thunder storms. Prevents me from driving the 40 to work most days. Perfect day today with 0% chance of rain so I was fortunate enough to play an hour of 🏐 this morning and drive the 40 to work. Perfect morning.

Another great weekend along the panhandle. Blue Angels Airshow never disappoints. This years show was notable in that the #3 FA-18 is flown by a female. First female to fly an FA-18 for the demonstration team.
And a Sunday morning drive with my daughter was pretty damn nice also.

In anticipation of the soft top arriving (now estimated to arrive 8/3 🤬) I am working on the doors.
Following @GA Architect thread.
New door cards from cruiser corp which will match the jumps seat covers. Dark graphite gray.
The current door cards are loose and unsecured in the corners due to the speakers which are being eliminated along with the radio. A la @wngrog
My upper window felts are good. They have been replaced.
Cleaning these doors is awful.

What can I do to eliminate the window from rattling when it is not in the up position?

I believe that is due to a bit of interior window felt. I replaced my outer felts but not interior because I couldn’t/was too lazy to remove the door cards.

Major rattle solved.
1. This bolt to the lower portion of the channel was about to fall out.
2. Inner door felts found in the bottom of the door. It looks like PO put in new uppers forcing one side of the lowers out in the process.

The doors are a mess However cleaned as best they can be. They have a bit of rust. I have rust converter on the way. Then I’ll hit the primed area with more primer, sand, paint. Fluid film all around. Or should I do Penetrol?
HBT on the way So I can apply plastic before the door panels.
