Nice ! Would love to be able to justify a full paint on my 100 (nardo gray or cement gray) What was your paint investment for the truck minus the ARB armor?

It’s 1997 desert dune. Paint alone was about $600. But I’m doing a 7 coat process with 3 clear. All done with labor over $3K. This will be the unicorn once it’s complete :-)

Yes, painting to match. Should look sweeet!

Paint is complete. Finally.

Now it’s time to reassemble everything.

So, finally decided on wheels for this cruiser. The 100 series steelies that @beno had were enticing. The rock warriors looked nice but I don’t want spacers. So, I finally found what I wanted.

Rare 200 series Australian Landcruiser wheels., 17” of fine crafted aluminum. They’re on their way.

Yep, beautiful 17” wheels! Awaiting their perfect mate for tires. More on that once the wheels arrive.

Awesome, do you know what size tire you'll be able to run given the offset? Also, did you have to bring them in from AU?

I have those exact wheels. You can run. 285-75-17 Toyos with no spacers.

My tire of choice for this build will be the Cooper ST Maxx 255/80/R17. They arrive on Wednesday.

Looking at options for rear storage. Likely ARB, just trying to decide on configuration. I need one half height drawer with rolling floor to accommodate new fridge.

Still trying to decide on storage configuration. I looked at Trekboxx, I like the design. Pricey but good craftsmanship. I've got ARB drawers in the 80 series and they work great. I just need a half height drawer on one side.

Ordered my Cooper Tires today, they'll be here tomorrow on the big brown santa claus truck. Went with the 255/80/17's.

My 200 Series AU wheels will arrive tomorrow too, hopefully I can get them mounted tomorrow too.

Disappointed to find out the the ivory OEM carpet is no longer available. I figured it would be expensive but at least available. Not sure what my options are on carpet now.
