I already have Camp Chef 3 burner and the grill box and the Camp Chef Ovens already. need to downsize so I can fit my son in the rig too.
Would really love to score a 502 though. My dad bought these when I was maybe 6 months old. Maybe i could coax him into a camp trip this summer.
here's a crazy idea, bring a survivor candidate to the Rubithon, and get it running by friday night for the Rock Chef.

Ash--I think that's American Gas Machine "AGM", which is a nice find. A war time 520 is cool no matter who made it. I have a Coleman version of the same. It looks like yours has the funnel, the pre-heat cup, the wrench and the spare generator. That's a very complete and desirable specimen. Don't let that get away. Is the tank(fount) brass or steel? Coleman's were steel, not sure about AGMs. Thanks for putting that up.

I scored the 413G with all the stuff inside it plus the stand from two different CL ads. So, Andy and I found the 413 when we were in Moab and I followed through on my way home from UT. My home is on the very east part of the world so when I was swinging through the West part of ABQ on I-40, I just made arrangements to pick up the items and kept on driving home. Worked out quite well if I do say so myself.
Hey I just remembered, I'm going to Memphis for work on June 2nd until who knows when. We need to get together for some grubbing!!

Cruiserdrew mentioned the traveling lantern deal he was a part of over on the "other forum". He handed it over to me on the Hole In The Rock Trail in Utah, and I brought it back to Memphis with me.
Part of the deal is to flex it out on the curb and take pictures.

Well, that's with shipping and a round tank IS cool. However, be careful. that case has been re-painted. And not with much care either. Note the hardware is green, it should be galvanized steel colored. With a real restore, that is a super cool stove and I even considered buying it. But, given the repaint and the work required to make it right....it would be a lot of work.
I'd actually just like to have that tank and see if it would fit my "b" or "C" model.
Anyway, that is a really nice round tank early 426. A great stove. Make sure you can still get a generator of that particular model. The advantage of the 426B, C, D is that they all use the generator from the D which is still made. Not sure about the A. I thought that was the earlier generator which can be found but not easily.
Mace-Keep looking, I'm looking for you as well. Something will come up, hopefully a 426C. The later wind wings are a feature worth having.
Only if I wanted a big three burner and didn't want to spend all my time hunting for one.
I've yet to find one I could drive to for less than $25 worth of gas.
And I like that round tank! Plus it was already working to some degree.
