looks to be a 220 of some sortPic of 77.
I didn't ask a price. It was the annual community yard sale. What's you pain threshold for a triple? I'll keep an eye out, I usually see a few every summer at garage sales. Of course unless you pick it up shipping will be more than the stove. How much was the triple? I'm still lookin!
The metal lantern box, that is sweet. My sister had a friend who was going to toss this stuff if she didn't take it . My sister didn't want everything so I was given this stuff and she kept a coleman stand, table and folding box oven .
The heater is dated 4 /70 and the lantern 8/71
Plus 28 of the old good silklite mantles, 2 generators, a metal and a plastic tool base , the metal lantern carrier 5 gallons of coleman fuel that's got price tags for $1.09 each
I have never seen the removableView attachment 893823 View attachment 893824 View attachment 893825 View attachment 893826 View attachment 893827 side shelves before that are on the 2 burner stove before
I doubt I've ever paid $20 for a stove, except maybe my three burner that I got on clearance when it was new in box.$20 of course lol
And I'll find a way to grab it from you. I'm planning a run to Tahoe this summer sometime and I sill have a friend or two in Reno/Carson
I'm astounded at how hard it is to find one here in town..
Nice haul! That little 222 makes me wish it had cheeks so I could pinch them- cute little lantern... Seriously though, very nice.View attachment 895728 View attachment 895724 View attachment 895725 Here are my latest acquisitions, a 7/57 200A for $15 and a Canadian 5/99 222 for $20.
The 200 had not ran for a long time and had sludge in everywhere. Cleaned her up, hit it with high temp paint and she ran like new!
Speaking of new...the 222 had been started one time, for what looks like a minute or two! Basically brand new.
Another option when you clean parts up is Bar Keeper Friend cleanser. It will desolve varnish and make brass and steel look like new. I make a paste inside the tanks and shake it then let it sit for while and it all looks new. This also works for carburetors and parts, a little BKF and the carb and parts will look like new again and it won't hurt any rubber parts.
