Thanks.
I'm in Reno all the time but haven't had a reason to drive the 40 down there, don't know why I would when I have several other more appropriate cars to drive on a twisty mountain interstate with big rigs crashing all the time lol.
This is for cruising around the basin and exploring roads and trails up here.

I’ve noticed I have to pull my self up holding onto the steering wheel as I have my right foot on the floor of the cab. For me, the extra lift is more noticeable but so is my age

Thanks.

Well if you need a reason, there's an active cruiser club down here and we happen to have a meeting Thursday evening 🤣

In any case, if you ever are in Carson city let me know

I caved and ordered a set of the TT parabolics for my '72 FST to refresh the OEM suspension. Looking forward to comparing it to the OME 2.5" I had on my old 40. Everything I've read says it should be a much nicer ride than OME.

Likely will stick with the stock 15's and do 33's of some kind. But I haven't ruled out the 16's from City Racer yet.

The Kenda 33x9.50 is a great tire. I'm really digging the mud terrain looks

I think you’d be hard pressed to find anything bad with them…I was truly dead set against spending the money on them after spending a fair amount on other upgrades. These upgrades made the 40 so much better that I literally had to upgrade that 50 year old suspension or consider all those great changes moot. Good luck with them. Looking forward to seeing your review
