And since you are familiar with the track you will be able to tear it up!
Sounds fun

That should be a great time Bill!

Hell yeah! that sounds awesome!

My wife's CT scan showed no spreading of the big "C" and no abnormalities. So the surgery on the 9th of January should eliminate the issue.

That is all.

Awesome. I will get drunk...er now in celebration.

Glad to hear that it hasn't spread. I will think about getting drunk in celebration.

I will wrench on the wife (if ya know what I mean) in celebration, cause her lady parts will be closed for 3 to 4 weeks after .

And I'll prolly drink and wrench in frustration during the closure!

Hey guys, do you mind if I stop by for a drink? that way you'll get to know me and i can get invited to the next wheeling outing...

Come on by.

OK, ya'll convinced me. One 91 HDJ81 inbound for Saturday the 28th and I think a 2015 4runner to mess up as well. The 91 is a perfect Toyota specimen and as a result needs nothing, with the exception of a welder for a driver seat floor bolt. Therefore you have my complete attention on all your stuff that keeps breaking :flipoff2:. I will provide a crap load of baked goods for us to munch on, if that is ok.

tonyota Sorry to hear about the wife. I am certain you two have everything under control and that she is in good hands. My related experience (mother, sister) is that a hysterectomy, although a serious operation, is relatively routine. Just remember that for a woman its the same as for a guy getting his nuts removed, in other words more mental than medical. See you at wrench day.

joez please send PM with address, TY

This is turning into a big ol get together!

Fyi, it's Saturday the 28th.

Should be a blasty blast!

Sweet we get to set the interior of a 91 hdjwhateverthehell it is on fire with a welder!!

I just got some new corner lenses for the tacoma so i no longer have to hold them in with foil tape. I will stand around and watch you guys install them and do the wireing to convert them into to turn signals for me if thats cool with evreyone.

Or does anyone know of a tacoma mechanic in the bolingbrook area that specializes in these types of mods? This is outside of my mechanical wheelhouse.

The only experience I've had with corner lights is breaking them out.
I'm not a certified Toyota mechanic. But I do have one of those cool button down shirts like they wear.
I will wear that at the technical experience day and see if that helps.
I also have spent time in South Dakota training in laying under Toyotas in a driveway while drinking heavily and looking at the undersides of off road trucks of various different design. That surely qualifies me for something.

I could bring Toyota shirts for everyone. We would all be named Mark for the night.

I like role playing.

Then I would finally have a chance of remembering names. Sweet!
