I ordered my gears and got a confirmation that said all items shipped and a tracking #
3 days later I get another email with the same order # saying my order has shipped, again all items shipped....but a different tracking #.
I wonder if they sent it twice???

No I'm pissed at Marlin. My own issue, I know that.
But item was available. Sale comes, item not available. I call, they say no, can't order because we don't know when it will be available again. Sale ends, item available. I call, explain my case, they say it's not really available. I got disgusted and ordered the trail creeper kit, it has great reviews and I'm not skert.

Decided to just bring rum and my rc crawler to tech day, no way I can wait that long to install my new gears.
I'll try to come up worth some sorta tech to bring that can be done with no real attention given while intoxicated.

All 4 have leaked the oil out and now have varying degrees of dampening and rebound .

Yeah, they are going to keep doing that unless we find a way to keep the seal and disc in place...
shocks are cheap.

So, my wife decided to book an out patient surgery for Friday the 27th and I gotta go with her.
I asked her to reschedule and the next available was end of February . I pretended that she was more important than drinking with my homies and told her to keep the 27th date.
The surgery is very minor and she said she didn't need me to stay home all day. It's at 9am and if she really is just fine afterwords (she was the last time this was done) I'll be leaving for Chicagoland around 10:30 or so.
I asked her to reschedule and the next available was end of February . I pretended that she was more important than drinking with my homies and told her to keep the 27th date.

Ok, good news bad news.
My wife's surgery had to be rescheduled so I can come up early Friday or late Thursday night.
Bad news is the reason they had to reschedule is cause they found cancer. But more good news is its a very small "surface" type and the Dr. is confident it can all be removed easily with no ill effects, no treatments or chemo. Just a hysterectomy.
I realize I didn't have to give so many details, but you all are my homies so I did anyway just cause.
So, that's it.

Yes Tony, sorry for the bad news, glad that it seems it will all be ok in the long run. Hope the wife is well and heals quickly

My wife, being a nurse , and the world's biggest worrier, doesn't seem concerned. She says it's very routine and common. If she's not worried, I'm not worried.

Bucket list check off will be coming in the form of driving a winged sprint car at the track I used to race at. Vicky and her mom got me a Kenny Wallace driving experience 1 hour session for Christmas.
