Supercharger smaller pulley?

My 2.8 with a Intercooler is awesome! 7.5 psi cooled boost is "Super" nice!

I swapped out the pulley last weekend. Initially I couldn't feel a "big" difference but I could certainly tell something had changed. First off the supercharger has more of a hum to it on acceleration. It does feel a little more peppy but I'm also being very gentle with it for now until I can keep my eyes on things. Motor temps seem to be normal so no change there.... so far.

Anyone have a good recommendation on an air-water intercooler? My air-air intercooler sits right on top of the engine. It's completely stupid and probably heats up my incoming air more than if I had no intercooler :(

I have been running the 2.8 pulley for over a year here in the Phoenix area, including wheeling. No heat problems. TYC radiator, heavily juiced Eaton clutch, and overdrive pulley on water pump/fan. Screams pretty loud over 4000 rpm, but I like it.
