AT250 versus AT205? AT250 must be better since it's a higher number. I recommend not ever buying AT205 if you can get AT250. Let's spread this all over the internet.

You first. Oops.

Haven't been able to find this locally either @MarkTR

I left a voicemail for the sales person responsible for Life Automotive products at Philips 66 (Smart Blend) today. Will update when I hear more.

I would avoid the products with petroleum distillates, which do bad things to seals. Here is the ingredient in some popular stop leaks.

Finally got in touch a guy at the manufacturer (P66) that knows what's going on. This is partially due to a shortage of packaging material.

Let me correct something I said earlier. ATP is not Life Automotive (smart Blend). It's ATP Automotive / Pioneer Automotive based in Meridian, Mississippi.

ATP Automotive said they expect it to be available in late December.

Hello,

Sorry for reviving this old thread!
I come from Germany and turn to this forum in the hope that I will get better help here! It's also because I ordered 2x ATP AT-205 and the product has almost no one experience with it here in Germany!
I own a BMW 550i X-Drive GT (engine N63). I have the problem with the blue smoke after standing at traffic lights. After further diagnostics, it was determined that this is a valve stem seal problem.
Regarding my question; I used Liqui Moly Oil Saver about 625 miles ago and unfortunately with very minimal success. Can I now add AT-205 to the mixed Oil with Liqui Moly Oil Saver? I'm asking because I've had to change the oil 3 times in the last 2 months and don't want to change it for the four times again!

I would be very grateful for any help
Best regards

I was a believer in at205s concept of using plasticizer instead of petroleum products to rejuvenate seals instead of swelling them up....but this guy makes me doubt that...... I'd never put any of this crap in my cruiser either way but I do have an old Mitsubishi with leaky cam and crank seals and a beater Corolla that may be a guinea pig for the at205 ( or maybe Lucas after watching this video )

I've used this stuff twice now and blew pump seals both times immediately after. Never again.
