Where was this at?? looks really familiar to someplace I may have been before.
STUCK LIKE CHUCH .... 2 winches to get out![]()
Some undeveloped land between Coppell and Lewisville off 121... prob trespassing, giving ORVs a bad rep, putting myself at risk, etc. It was a 'one time romp' that got really messy...![]()
Whoops!! Sand was a little softer than I tought. Rear locker didn't help either; just augered sideways down the hill.

Much damage?
Here's two shots of my many times being stuck.
Both take place in Tennessee near where I go to school.
The first is being high centered. I was given a quick yank back and then gave it another shot and was able to make it through.
The second I thought I could turn around in a solid looking area. Well it turned out as soon as my tires spun I sank right in. I ended up being winched out. That mud was about the same consistence as peanut butter. NASTY!
if you look very very carefully, you can see the 9.0 in the blue boardbag w/ a red 6 foot-something on top of it. Inside. Cuz there's no rack.
Besides, a 9.0 fits *perfectly* from the dash to the rear hatch. Heck, a 9.2 would probably fit fine.
Great snow stuck. What the *hell* happened to that hilift? and to what were you winching.
