I don't need to see the pics that bad.
How about we leave your story to our imaginations of you guys chasing the bad guys down. It is much more colorful that way and not as painful in the end.Great job again guys!
Maybe pics and an informal apology from SF might get better results. 
I think everyone would like to see this situation resolved, but no one is going to have much sympathy if they think everything's going to be as it was before. Kinda sucks that it comes up in so many unrelated threads.

Just wondering if this is your idea of him attacking people? Because from anybody elses point of view it looks like he's just saying what other people would have been thinking and extends a sorry to Dave. I think this is the issue, you've all just started "attacking" anything Sonoranfun says without ration, common sense or any thought before hand. I think you should all be ashamed of yourself as adults and your clubs actions as a whole for banning the guy!

I'd suggest we all forgive and forget. These things happen in a forum situation.
I'm attacked 24-7 in the 100-series forum. Some of the time it's because I'm not always good at getting my point across via writing. I often get slammed by techo-whizzards who know it all (though sometimes even they don't), all the time. If I even speak of something that aids the 100's capabilities I'm personally attacked by skeptics (and non-100 owners) dispite my trail testing.
So what? That's one of the downsides of forum life. Let's all get along....start a new. Ya never know when ya might need sombody's help on or off the trail.

First, I really want to say congrats on the "relatively" safe and seemingly undamaged return of your 40. Thieves just twist my nipples in the wrong way.
Second, I'd like to say that the situation with Sonoranfun is what it is. His privelages for viewing and or posting in this forum have been revoked for the time being. There is no plan or intention to revise this decision to date. While commendable that he pointed others to the theft thread in Chat, and those people were the ones that found the stolen vehicle, this action does not exonerate him from his previous actions and statements in the CSC club forum. Adam and I have exchanged PMs regarding the decision that was set forth by the MUD moderators and while he may not agree with what has happened, he has accepted it and moved on. I suggest that everyone here does the same.
As to the question of whether or not Adam will be allowed back into the CSC forum, the answer is unknown. It is my hope that someday he will again be able to post here and share information on our club board, respectfully and with dignity. The MUD moderators will be the judges of when that might take place.

The not so trusting side thinks hummm wasn't on the news car chase stolen recovered
no pictures unless all the hostages are freed.Stolen car recovered so quickly in same basic location yea I know stupid is as stupid does car theifs not to bright.Like to see police

If I read the last post right there is some doubt as to whether the story behind the cruiser recovery is real????!!!???.........I would like to squash this doubt right now. I am the owner of the cruiser and saw the thieves hancuffed and put into the squad car. I have a copy of the police report being delivered as we speak.....as for doing what is right I cannot thank these guys enough for helping me out. It would have been real easy to let that cruiser go on by and do nothing about it. I have never met these guys and they don't know me from adam but they helped out a fellow cruiser owner anyway.
As far as Sonoranfun, I am not sure why he was banned from the forum and I really don't care. I am still thankful for his part in recoovering my cruiser. It is not up to me whether he is allowed back on the forum and I would like to stay as far away from that debate as possible.
That said I would like to thank all those who aided in the recovery effort and everyone else in the club that saw the thread and kept their eyes open for a stolen cruiser.......after all isn't that what being part of a club is all about???????

1. a story with such a happy ending (not only for me but for the entire club as it proves how beneficial a club like this is for every member) can cause so much debate.
2. that we could actually point fingers at others and question their motives for doing the right thing.

I think the lack of nicotene is finally getting to John. The best part is that as I was reading his post I was TOTALLY hearing his voice and picturing him tapping away on the keyboard as the guys in black suits and sunglassing were peering at him through the window.
