My fj40 was stolen last night from the Prince and 1st area of Tucson. The cruiser is pictured in the avatar. It is blue with exposed red primer on the hood, has full roll cage, white spoke rims with 31-10.50 tires and lic. plate #018-RYC. I was running it without the top and there was no spare on the back..............just took it in to get it fixed.

If anyone could please help me or if anyone has any advice for me or inforation on how often they find these things let me know.

I will post pictures as soon as I find some!!

I'll keep my eyes open Phil. I work near there, if I see it around I'll be sure to chase it down.

I also just put the word out to my buddies at Calypso Auto. They will let me know if they see one around.

I also posted a link to this in Chat. There are a lot of AZ people over there that don't really look at the club forums.

I'll keep an eye out on the southern end. Good luck!

I drive all over town for work, and will keep my eyes open.

Oh man, that sucks

I hope they find it back; I just can't see that there would be money in it in Mexico........

I feel confident that I will get it back!! The Police told me that in that area it was most likely picked up for a "Crack Ride". It was probably ditched in the neighborhood or somewhere nearby!!! Not only that it would take a pretty determined thief to drive My 40 all the way to Mexico..........this particular cruiser has a top speed of about 55-60 mph (On a good day).

If I hear some good news I will let everyone know!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks again to everyone for looking out for it I hope to be cruisin with you guys again real soon!!!

I hope you don't mind, I posted this thread on a couple other boards. Also gave my buddy in Border Patrol the info, he's passed the info out to his guys in the field.

I live in the area and will definatley keep my eye out. At least it has some character that is easily noticed.

Post the info wherever you feel it will help!!!!!! I just want to get it back (Doesn't really matter how!!!)

She has been found and waiting for the owner to contact the cops in Marana. Thanks to TBWLWEEDS driving skills in my FZJ80. Pass on the info to FJ40FRK....
