Nope. Tyler is in luv with that thing. I've never seen so much MUD:

Don't get me wrong...it's not that I think you should get rid of the 80...it's that I think you should spend more time with the 100 series...that's all...you know...spend more time in that forum...

better yet...how about a FJ Cruiser???
I never go into that forum

:D

What the crud. That's Becky. I linked the wrong pic. Tyler has my '93 trashed already from mud. Busted antenna, front light trim, rear light reflector. He's loving it.

you posted your chick in the wrong thread...that should be over here...

Tank who always have friendly advice.

I can be freindly but at this point he doesn't possess the knowledge to help himself let alone us and admittedly won't try cause he's in pain.

He keeps stating it's an easy problem, if this is so, then he and his mechanics are mental midgets.

Personally I think that the only way to figure this problem out is to delve into it personally and be aware of how the truck is running so when the slightest change happens you'll recognise it and be able to apply it to the problem at hand.

I had an intermittent noise a few years back. When it happened it was for only short bursts and only in cold weather. Now I could have beaten everyone senseless with this but after the initial responses and me checking things I waited until I had new info to present before bringing it up again. For me that new info was a MP3 file of the noise that once a few got my e-mails it was diagnosed immediately.

John needs to sit back, pay attention and come back with some substantial new info. Until then no progress will be made.

Tank - What makes you think I was being sarcastic? The post I made is 100% accurate.....99.99% of the time.

John's just sick of pissing away money while his vehicle continues to vibrate. You, and other great people on this forum, are just trying to help.

Thanks.

Exactly.

Hmmm....I haven't seen you attempt the left side of Three Feathers Kev. Come to think of it, I know of only 2 80-series and 1-100 series who have ever even tried it. ;p

Your right, I haven't tried it. While it maybe the ultimate wheeling test, it's not exactly in my backyard. The last time I was there the area was trashed, so not the type of travel destination that is high on my list.

You'd do fine. Just givin' ya crap. :D

But it is so nasty that nobody in a SUV tries it. I finally did it in my 80. Then I led a buddy up it. It's one of those things that's so risky I could hear you (and all the Rubicon Trail wackjobs :D ) say...."a 100 can't make it". Well guess what? :)

In fact, I'd luv to see a pic from the Rubicon Trail where a 100-series had to complete something as difficult and risky. Forget big rock pics. I wanna see a rollover risk, 6-foot tall ledge and vehicle-height rock climb while straddling a 4-foot deep crack pic. One wheel 4-5 feet off the ground with the slider keeping you from rolling. SEND YOUR PICS! Come on Doug, Amando, somebody.

I have to agree with Ken that it is time to move this to the 100 section or Chat. This thread has outlived any useful purpose here in the 80 section.

Nope, 100 series will fit fine there....Stuck on the rocks might be a problem though.

Ah. OK.

I'm really interested in all the Rubicon claims some have made here. Bring on the 100-series rollover risks, 6-foot ledges, and other dangerous pics from the Rubi. Let's see them. No big rocks to go around please. Show me RISK! :D

I thought the comment was focussed on my recent posts in this thread. I realise they aren't kind here but I was just being frank about the situation as I see it and thought you felt I was being a little rough with him and not helping.

Sorry about that
