I'll just toss my backpack on the floor with all the other toys/junk.
You gotta prioritize.

Doc...overnight it to me and I will be happy to test fit it and send it back with a full write up and pictures! And will still happily purchase a couple.

Thank you for the offer, We will give Vango the first chance at that since it was his idea :steer:. You can have 2nds if he doesn't want to be a test pilot

Why not? Couldn't you make the holes slotted? The widest part would fit one row and the narrowest part fit the other row. That way they wouldn't slide side to side. Or there could be two sets of holes?

The hooks will fit in the back seats...but the back seat is thinner than the front. The front seat hook will project farther out if placed on the back seat. It may work OK...It may not.

We will find out.

I'm sure he will accept. He attacked the prospect of these with a lot of energy.

Thanks Micah, as you should get the credit for this original borrowed idea being utilized for the 80. With that said, Doc and I have been in contact and I have given him my shipping info. to expedite the prototype fitments.....

Hang in there guys I think it's safe to say we are coming to a close on this concept and making it a reality.

Doc is it OK with you to release a few prototype pictures once the fitments is approved by Springtail engineer's?

That back pack hook should be sitting on your doorstep on Monday

Feel free to post all the pictures that you want...I am betting that it should be pretty close to being right on....only time will tell!

I guess that we will have to wait for pics of the BPH on the back seat :bounce::bounce2:

Good luck with the baby!

Josh...the pictures looks great! I can't wait to get a few in the 80.

When you have time.....(wink wink), back seat test!

Additional pictures.

After riding around with the BPH in place for the last couple days I have come to enjoy the added convenience of my daily cab equipment, i.e. pens, pencils, misc. stuff organized in my backpack and securely held by the hook. Quick and easy to install and remove, the hook will not rattle while under the weight of the pack and the powder coating finish does not mar the post. In this series of shots I have included the BPH picture secured to the headrest post of the second row.... The hole center alignment is precisely drilled and works for all rows, adding much needed organization to help unclutter my rig.
