Speedometer/Odometer issues (1 Viewer)

Long story short …. 93 model Speedometer/odometer not working, removed it and took it to someone who knows his way around the electrical components of vehicles.
Bottom line the attempt to fix amd repiar the speedo/odo didn’t work.
Below is a pic of before and after cleaning the circuit. Any help is really appreciated.

I really need to get it fixed
Serial number of the clusters would be really appreciated, I am willing to buy a new one if available.

I’d suggest searching for other threads discussing this problem. It could be something besides the cluster I believe

The speedometer sensor is mounted on the transfer case and reads back to the gauge cluster by wire.

Check wire connectors there to see if sensor is operating.

Have you confirmed that the cable end @the t-case is still functional?

I’m having issues with my trip. Odometer and speedometer work fine. Been searching some threads looking for more info. Before I post does anyone have any recommendations? Preciate it
