Has anyone managed to source a replacement for the front transfer case output shaft studs?

I know Beno and Dan were able to cross reference the rear shaft studs to a 60, but I haven't been able to find anything for the front.

I am putting my TCase back together and two of the four on mine are pretty gummed up. I really don't want to buy a whole shaft.

They are m10x1.00. I've looked all over the web with no luck. There are some m10 wheel studs, but they are 1.25 thread, and I have no idea if the knurl on them would match.

Anyone with ideas?

It looks like 100 series front output shaft studs are the same dia, length, and pitch (m10 x 1.00 x 30mm), so I am going to order (4) of these. I'll report back on the result.

Yes, I was successful in ordering and pressing in the 100 series front output studs.

In the picture: Shorter stud is OEM 80 series, longer one is OEM 100 series. I have not gotten everything bolted back up, but mated the driveshaft and did not see how the extra length could interfere.

I would say these are a good replacement.

Very nice work.

So, fronts: 100 series studs.

Rears: 60 series studs.

This now makes the 80 series the most rebuildable LC ever!

:)

So the rear ones are the same as 60s. And these can be ordered? Cause I need 4 studs and nuts. Where can I order?

Perhaps I missed it, but the 60 Series rears are available and the 100 Series fronts are available. However the 80 Series studs cannot be had? Seems odd.

Have to buy the actual output flanges--front and rear--to the get the studs for the 80 series.

60 series fronts and rears are the same.

100 series front and rears are available as well, though they are different (10mm front vs 11mm rear).

Part #s. and while we are at it can the adjustment screw for the mirrors be ordered

For those using search function:

100 series studs = 80 Seres front t-case studs: 90114-10061
60 series studs = 80 series rear t-case studs: 90114-11124
