It looks like we will never get any snow let alone rain in cali. . . so camping/fishing/wheelin trip? We could probably go pretty high in elevation.

What a figgen stuck fest. I will do a write up on this tonight. My 60 was stuck in the snow Saturday so bad it ended up staying on the trail over night. On Sunday Ken came back up and we got her out. Apparently there is another rig that has been on the trail since December it is 2 miles from where I got stuck.

Great trip, but in the 15 years I have been wheeling this was the first time I had to leave my rig.

Here is one of the few pictures I got. This is Ken just about to get stuck. We both were stuck pretty bad. About 3:00 I started to walk out, we were about 2.5 miles in and I did not know how long it would be to get somebody. I walked out and called my wife in our rescue vehicle. I will write more later work is swamped today.

I will add that It wouldnt have been so ruff going but the types and conditions of the snow were not ideal for wheeled vechicles.
