Relay rod clamps are installed too far away from the ends?

I've rebuilt my steering box a couple of times because of mistakes I made along the way and can't think of a single thing that would cause limitation on both sides. The bubbles will eventually go away and keep the fluid topped off until the bubbling stops.

I would recommend lifting the front axle and swing the wheel back and forth to look for interference. While moving the steering wheel, add fluid to the reservoir. Don't move the steering wheel too fast or the fluid will splash out of the reservoir.

If start by taking the pitman arm off.
Rotate the steering wheel, and find centre with the steering box, then re-install pitman arm with the match marks lined up, re-adjust tie rods. And check that steering wheel is centred AFTER everything else is sorted.

Might not be the whole problem, but costs nothing to check it all

Just a note, this was caused by the bracket hurting the radius arm

I hate it when my radius arm gets hurt. Did you ask the bracket to stop? Put it in time out? Thoughts and prayers for the radius arm.
