Awe just pull the bolt and seal it worst thing that can happen is that corner of the head will warp like a :banana: and leak hot gases and rad fluids all over the engine bay.

BS.... I have removed those first 2 about a million times on my truck to serve change and do s*** to the air cleaner... never had a problem

X2. You can remove a single bolt. The sequence applies if you are going to loosen/tighten all of them.

Awfully large chunk of steel casting to 'warp' based on one bolt being removed.... :lol:

This is not a single cylinder, aluminum cylinder head engine folks.

Ok I just scoured my FSM's and cant find where I thought it said to apply sealant to those bolts...guess Im crazy.
So can anyone confirm that the only way that bolt can leak is if its blowing past my head gasket and up that bolt?
