I have a similar plate chiller, but I'm using it the opposite way to chill hot wart from 200* to 80* for fermentation. You have to keep in mind the amount of heat you get will vary based on the flow rate. I'd suggest you get a simple in-line thermometer to make sure you don't burn yourself. You'll most likely have to play with your pump output and shower head to get it dialed in correctly based on your heat circulation. The continuously variable pumps work well for this, you will burn up constant pressure pumps choking them off -
