I have a pair of well used Slee Sliders for 95-97 FZJ80 (Tube Sliders version not the steps).

They have been wired wheeled, sanded, wiped with mineral spirits, pressure washed, coated with 2 coats primer, and 2 coats Rustoleum Hammered Black.

Price $600, no shipping must pick up near Sacramento CA (In Loomis, CA).

They are still available, but I am keeping firm at a $600 price.

My plan is to spend $1200 to get some Step sliders shipped to me and I can not justify the ordering new sliders if I get less than my asking price for the old ones.


These sliders are perfectly functional (With more clearance than the step sliders) and now they look good. So they will be going back on the truck soon if I can't get my asking price.

What kind if step sliders are you getting? Most (if not all) 80 series step sliders are actually quite difficult to use as steps. They place the body too high to comfortably get into the truck. They really just get in the way.

I agree with you. I am 6' 6" and wife is 6' 2" so don't really need too much help. I was thinking about the Slee Sliders as they look like they come straight out, versus some of the others that still are tucked in (with plating). Kids are college aged, so there really is no compelling reason for me to "need' the step sliders.
