Listing this for my brother @kmj64 for some reason we could not get it to list under his log in. 1990 FJ62. I’ve owned it the last decade. Bought it from my brother @CenTXFJ60 who's helped me build and maintain it over this time. He picked it up a from a family that owned it since the mid 90’s (out of San Antonio). It had 174k on the odometer when Jimmy bought it 10-11 years ago. Now it has 196k. We upgraded to the H55, heavy OME suspension and two years ago added the Dobinsons IMS shocks. I added the sliders, rear bumper (4x4 Labs), front ARB bumper and a Smitty Winch. Also had Cody @cwwfj60 at Endless Off Road Solutions put in a rear ARB Locker and mounted the Viair 2.5 gallon air tank (under the passenger side). This 62 has the ARB dual compressor. Also had a custom Stainless exhaust system installed (Notice no split or dual cats). I de-smogged the truck and still have the box with everything I removed if someone from CA and or CO is interested in the truck. The 62 has mostly original paint minus a few panels that were repainted due to dinging them with the previous owner. The truck has patina, but is a Texas rust free truck all its life less some surface rust here and there. Also, all windows including the windshield have ceramic window tint. The stereo has a back up camera, Bluetooth and Apple play. I’ve driven this 62 to the Solid Axle Summit each of the last 7 years (Ouray CO). Anyone one interested can fly to San Antonio and drive her as far as you want to get her home. Front crank seal, RMS, side lifter cover, valve cover and any other seal/gasket you can think of we’ve updated since I’ve owned it. Tires have less than 10k on them. Also installed a brand new Toyota power steering pump a few years ago. Also replace hood insulator a few years back as well as put in Spector Off Road lower seat foam on both front seats. No rips or tears in the front seats. We also installed a brand new dash bought from Toyota 5+ years ago. Lastly, I upgraded the rear inner panels to the Arikawa panels. PITA to install but they are sweet. Also installed the JW Speaker headlights. $25,900 OBO. And don’t hesitate to reach out to me and or Jimmy @CenTXFJ60 with any questions.

Side note, I live like 5 minutes from your brother and have always wondered who's there with all the cruisers. Tell him to holler if he ever sees a built 80 puttering around.

Some other notes as I’m thinking about this 62. Kevin and I put in a new Toyota oil pan as the original on we could not keep it from leaking. As always we used a Toyota one piece gasket. And Kevin installed new Toyota mirrors about a year ago. They are the manual ones. The question I asked him was if he had ever adjusted the power windows and he could not recall doing so. Easy decision to get rid of the bubble filled 62 power mirrors and slap on some brand new manual ones.
