how much is normal? I just finished my tire carrier build and all loaded up: 33" spare, bike/bike rack and hi-lift. Loaded up it sags a good 1/2"; unloaded it rides a little high. I have a set up just like Wild yoats swing away. 4" channel off a 1/4" plate welded to rear frame horn. 2" square tube 1/8" thick. IPOR spindle.

Normal?

Howdy! I'm running an early Slee with a 315 and HiLift on it. Tons of trail miles, and it has NO sag at all. Sounds like your missing some internal support. Pix would help. John

I have the 4x4 Labs Rear with single swing and a 285 on a factory 16x8 Alloy...noticeable rattle since I installed the 285s and put the full size spare on(upgrading from a 265/75). My noticeable play is at the latch...generating noise(not there with the 265) but little or no sag(no noticeable difference from the 265).

I am going to go through my pivot point as well as the latch tomorrow and see if my play is being generated on both ends...or just one.

Different scenario but might help eliminate some things you're experiencing.
