if you are having trouble with the 95+ dash then dont even think of jumping on the 94 and older style. the 95 and up dash really isnt that hard. go ahead and drop the steering wheel all the way to the floorboard to make more room.
 
Well the dash is out. Now I’m working to get the heater core/central vent/duct thing out.

It will be nice to have it all smell clean again.

So, what were the tricky bolts? Any other tips?
 
Ready to pull the dash on a '97 LX450. Thought I had all fasteners removed but still feels attached in the upper middle. Below is a pic. It seems to pull from the silver bracket at the the top. Didn't know if that bracket is still somehow attached to dash and need to remove the two bolts in upper right hand corner of pic to release the bracket from firewall. See anything I'm missing? Maybe not pulling hard enough to release the dash?
