A/C dash thermistor removal (1 Viewer)

Hey, has anyone unplugged their ac thermistor, the one behind the glove box, on top of the condenser/fan box? If so, how in gods name do you unplug it without removing the entire dash? I tried for a good 15 minutes and it will NOT unplug...

Trying to do an onboard test, my AC is acting funny. Bad ECT already replaced. It kicks on, but doesn't kick on like I think it should.

having lots of issues trying to get my AC working, or should I say my local mechanic is, he says can't even find the thing....just sent him this picture! he is trying to trouble shoot the whole system, compressor not kicking on.
