Nice Air Compressor. I have factory lockers and use CO2 for tires, so I don't know anything about them.

Stubbies = Beer huh!:beer:

Well let me hoist my stubbie  to you! Wait a minute, that doesn't sound right:eek:

ARB sells that compressor here, wish I would have gotten that instead of the fully size ARB compressor which I only use for my lockers.

1hz is a bit sluggish without turbo but cruises on 100 klm easy

rice rig!

Do you happen to have pictures of the water bladder behind the panel? I'm wondering how you secured it and how it looks back there.

Norcal , unfortunately no I dont have any photos of bladder and its a p.i.t.a to remove trim. Its secured with 3 bolts along the top in existing threaded holes.
Its made of food grade heavy duty vinyl shaped the same as the area behind the trim.
I had trouble with it poping the trim off when it was full and expanded so added some timber reinforcing behind the trim.
You will have to remove any speakers that maybe behind there to make it fit

Nice rig.

What kind of snorkel is that? It doesnt go down the fender as far a safari.

Curious what the sticker says on your rear side window in the 3rd picture?
All I can see is:
"Caution Veh
Frequently Side"

Nice idea about the water resevoir too. Reminds me of my 1st Gen 4runner, where they had the rear washer sprayer resevoir back there. Funny how 80's don't have it that way, so your don't have to pipe so much washer fluid to the back and use that diverter that people have problems with.

It says ''Caution vehicle frequently sideways''
My wife liked it.

Topend yobbo, you forgot to mention that the "poverty pack" does not have constant four wheel drive either. And does have standard free wheeling hubs.

Very true , would prefer them to all the bells and whistles , saves the front end big time.

You gotta get the lingo right.

You don't hoist a stubbie

You down a stubbie or a tinnie

Thats the first pic I've seen of he new ARB compressor I take that the tank is on top with the pressure switch and locker solenoid attached to it.

How much different is it to the old as far as specs go.

how many activations do you get before compressors needs to run again

How much was it:cheers:

This is totally off subject, i was asking friends last night if it ever snows in Australia? Does it? I am meaning snow as in you can ski in kind of snow?

I personally cant comment on snow because ive never seen any , but I know down south get plenty in the winter months.
Our coldest we get would be 15 degrees celcius for 2 days a year in june.

Thanks, I appreciate that. So I don't step over the lingo, I'll say it in my own lingo.

I raise my glass of Crown Royal Reserve while I smoke my Macanudo Portifino in appreciation of the excellent write-up.

Could you translate that for me:beer:
