Dryer is the same fittings, lines and bracket are different. I use a new dryer with lines and bracket from a 91-92 and some 93s

Those of you who have done this how are the compression fittings holding up? Any galvanic corrosion from 316SS fittings on the Aluminum lines?

It seems finding the old R12 lines and dryer are the pain point on this mod. Wondering if I could just cut/splice and bend my own Aluminum tubing reusing the end fittings at the condenser and dryer. This way I could just use a new R134 dryer which is still available.

No issue galvanic corrosion.
You want to use a new dryer. A after market dryer should be fine.
