The PO decided to remove the fender flares but I prefer the flares over holy fenders. Since they're off I figure now is a good time to refresh everything (clips, flare pads, etc). My 80 is a 1996 and I'll be using the black flare pads. I'm putting together a list of OEM parts right now but I want to double check that I have everything to avoid multiple trips to the dealership.

So far I've got:
53852-60040-C0 x2
61794-60030-C0 x4
90467-09077 x10
90183-06016 x10

Is there anything I'm missing?

Got fender gaskets?

I recently did all mine and got everything from CruiserParts.net it was just easier to buy the kit.

Following, I’d like to do this as well. My weather lining has turned rock hard and with yellowish fade.

Looks like a good kit based on the pics I'm seeing on Google but unfortunately their site isn't working.

you can just buy the fender gaskets on amazon and cut to length ..

buy all the oem parts from www.partsouq.com it will be a fraction of the price these other guys charge you :flipoff2:

Does Amazon sell all the colors to match the body??

nope. Pretty sure you can only get black from oem now. I'm sure someone will chime in if thats not the case

I was able to buy the gaskets that matched my 40th Sage a few months ago. Wasn't too bad $$

Meant to go over this in more detail with you the other day, but it slipped my mind. The two tabs on both back doors which are riveted in place from the factory are missing on yours. Those would need to be replaced.

Images, links? Seems like something a vendor could have made up, kits
of the correct color gaskets.

I’m putting my drivers front back on as we speak. Has anyone come up with a “break away” fastener to replace the bolts and 10mm nuts? I’ve got to repair the fiberglass on the flare and was thinking it would be nice to move the weakest link to the fasteners rather than the flare itself.

I’ll report back with how I do it but I’m sure it’s been done before.

Has anyone printed the fender flare clips? My driver side rear panel fender flare is missing 2 clips. (The plastic ones connected to the flare itself) I have a 3-D printer and can print from a file. Thanks
