Hi Michael, do you use hot or cold-rolled sheet metal in your repairs? I'm assuming hot but wanted to hear it from you.

The down side of after market panels, they don’t fit. These came from the same manufacturer but.....
Clamped the front and fenders together on the tabel.

Its hard to see in the pictures but fitment needs some work.

After some shaping and masaging this side looks a lot better.

The other side is almost there too.

Lost some more weight.
DS outside rocker panel gone.

Test fit for the new.

Inside is worse than the other side was, but the brackets are savable.

And the hole in the front floor.

Cutting out the bad parts of the DS. First create some space.

Then remove more affected steel.

The front of the floor needs to come down, up in the picture, a bit.

Opened up the rear, it needs to be replaced and gives me space to clamp a copper bar on the inside.

made the patch fit and started welding it in.

Nah, not enough space for a blow-up.

Little update, roughly made the patch for the rear of the rockers.

And cleared the brackets from what was left of the old inner rocker.
