All the brackets that go inside the frame.

Not to much done on the windscreen frame.
Dug up the hinges from the storage and started measuring out the holes.
I used the old bottom to locate the bolt holes, and after cleaning up a weld in the corner it looked like a nice fit.

Sprayed weld through primer where the brackets go.

Taking on other bad pieces of the frame.

making a patch, rough shape.

Grinding and cutting.

and some welding. I also cut and welded the lower end of this rib.

Finished the other side.
Cut the part out that was to small.

Then welded the open seam in the front.
I used CuSi to close the seam.

Great idea to secure the brackets so they don’t get “lost” accidentally when you remove the bolts from the outside.
This is actualy the way Toyota did it, I just remade them.
 
Tapping M24 threads is not easy. Trying to get through it so I can strike this off my list and continue with getting the tub on the rotisserie.

First I cleaned out all the old undercoating.

Then cleaned up the side of the panel.

Made a panel for the rear.

and tacked it in place.
Next is the part that connects to the floor.

The shaped part in the middle looks ok therefore I want to leave it and not remake.
