Seems strange that you're asking for rear wiper recommendation only, are you happy with your fronts? What's lacking in the rear wiper? I found this article helpful: The Best Windshield Wipers for Your Car

I've had many brands and types including OEM (Toyota and Lexus). For my particular needs I prefer beam style wipers to clear snow. Most recently I've been pleased with Trico Force wipers, they've been long lasting, strong, and a good fit on the LC. I've previously had Bosch blades that were good but had about 1/2" shorter squeegee that OEM for the advertised size. On my Toyota FJ's there was nothing better than OEM and simply purchased replacement inserts for the frame style wipers, but they were much shorter (and at x4 per vehicle much cheaper).

I buy whatever brands if I can find them on sale, but only the beam style wiper. If I cant find anything on sale, then my go to brand is Valeo - seems to last the longest before making noise imo. Currently I have Rain X Latitude on the LC, and Trico on the Avalon. I had them installed right before winter, so they are pretty new. I do not like Bosch, seems to start making noise faster compare to other brands. Obviously performance matter, but noise is my priority, as they drives me nuts. If they start making noise, they are getting replaced regardless if they are still looks good. I also apply Rain X into the glass not sure if that makes any difference.

I use Bosch on all of my vehicles.

OEM here, as well. I replaced mine 3 months ago.

OEM for the rear. The OEM blade is shorter than what most blade size finders will pull up for the 100. Most will select a 16" as a replacement. I've tried a few 16" blades and they miss the top portion of the window.

I fitted a OEM one today, I did put a Valeo aero blade on but it didn't wipe the top of the screen. I never have luck with aftermarket blades so I'm just going to stick with oem from now on, even though they do look old fashioned.

Has anyone saw this on ebay. Resin replacement arm and blade from the Japan Cygnus model. A little pricey at $63.00 and getting replacement blades might be a hassle. Looks good and that's what counts, right!:D

The chinese version is cheaper but not OEM quality most likely.

@ranma21 Can you check on availability. As in cheaper.

Thanks for the helpful replies. I replaced the front wiper blades with Trico's a couple of weeks ago ,much better than the old Bosch's. Bosch's did not last 6 months and expensive. I will try OEM for rear wiper.

I purchased rain x about 4 months ago and the DS is already skipping.
