RESOLVED:
I changed the fuse even though it was not faulty - maybe it was just getting weak and all the lights went off. Like it never happened.
Went to Autozone and got a free replacement battery - this time installed with zero issues.

What will happen going forward? Who knows. But so far she is running just as before - and as I mentioned above, we crossed 300,000 miles over the weekend!
Mind sharing what fuses you changed? I should try that too but I haven't had any luck from the quick searches I did in the footwell area.

Was it the passenger / driver side footwell or the fuses in the engine bay?

Super glad you got it figured out and keep us updated if the issues comes back for any reason.

It was in the footwell. It was a 20 - 2nd row second one down - can look tomorrow.

Driver or passenger side?

Also, give it a day or two of some moderate to heavy driving to see if any codes come back.

Driver side. And sure, it might come back. Last time we fixed it was about 7K miles ago. But it seems to be less of an actual ABS issue and more of some kind of issue with the dash lights?
