With all the s*** products nowadays from overseas that doesn't last, it's great to see people who can dream, design, and fabricate a top notch quality product at home. I wish you guys all the best

Tire carrier has been made adjustable. Waiting on the pieces for both swing-arms to be cut/formed!

Can't wait to see this all come together....

Carrier is adjustable to fit from a 33" tire, up to a true 39" tire (which is the tire size shown in my renderings).
The adjustment range allows the tire to sit on that lower bar. This will help distribute the load, and also keep the wheel/tire from vibrating or shaking.

Well, I don't think that spindle is going to fall off...

Internally braced/boxed as well!

Nevermind. It was determined that if a big enough meteor were to hit the spindle, in just the right spot, it *could* break.

So, they got another pass.

Essentially, the base bumpers are all constructed in the same manner, and these appurtenances can be added to, right?

Correct. The internal gussets will be included with your bumper so that later on you can add spindles and any type of swing arm setup.

I like the spare carrier design. I bet there's very little deflection possible on any terrain.

That is some of the nicest welding I have ever seen.

No doubt. Hoping for a front to match the quality.

Thanks, the tire carrier will be very stout. Shouldn't move or wiggle at all with the tire resting on the bottom piece of tubing. The whole bumper is pretty overkill, but that's ok. We like overkill.

As for a front bumper? Well, stay tuned.... Rumor has it that the doctor doesn't want an ARB, so we may be pulling something out of our sleeve??

Hell, I can't even run the flap disk that well.

I like the tire carrier brace idea too, some nice ideas coming out here.
