Can confirm... Not a typo... I reset the clocks when i filled up and was sitting on emptybafter 3.5milesThat has to be a typo.
There's no possibility that you burned 12 gallons in 3.5 miles.

Is this based on the fuel gauge or have you refiled the tank and calculated the mileage from fuel to used to refill the tank? Can confirm... Not a typo... I reset the clocks when i filled up and was sitting on emptybafter 3.5miles![]()

Had someone look at it.... And advised to check the injectors.Time to get it to a mechanic then it would seem.
OK, can we please think about this logically for a minute? Can confirm... Not a typo... I reset the clocks when i filled up and was sitting on emptybafter 3.5miles![]()
Only filled half tank not full tank (I would be very concerned if it went from full tank to empty in 3.5 miles) ....Had someone look at it.... And advised to check the injectors.
With it using a lot of fuel anf smelling fuel rich.... Possible injectors issues.
Filled approx 40 to 45. Had it sat on idle for 15 to 20 minutes and only drove 3.5miles . Condensation is coming out the exhaust more than usual and you can smell petrol in and around the car.... Exhaust is new so doubt any leaks in the exhaust system.OK, can we please think about this logically for a minute?
You're not getting 0.3 MPG on this engine. There would be raw fuel pouring out the truck as each cylinder would be filled with unburnt fuel.
Not to mention the fact that the injectors can't possibly flow that much fuel even if they were constantly wide open.
I doubt if the engine would even run if that were true.
That's passive recirculating heating within the interior of the body panels - very posh.
Its got a questionable LPG kit which i need to get checked out or completely remove.
I will definitely be removing the LPG system.... Dont think its worth the hassleReplacing the head is not overly complicated. The FSM has very good step by step instructions. It gets interesting once you start to tackle all the "while I'm in there" projects and yours has a level if complexity with the LPG system.
Gas is for barbecues, definitely remove itI will definitely be removing the LPG system.... Dont think its worth the hassle
