Reading lights or an overhead console with lights (1 Viewer)

I know this has been asked before but I cannot find any threads with this. Please refer me to a thread if u have one.

I’m looking for an overhead console with reading lights. I read some where of someone installing an older pickup truck or 4Runner one with reading lights and compartment for sun glasses.

I know there is the ARB but it’s overkill for my needs.

Any other alternatives that will work.
