Has anyone had any luck finding radio knobs? I know that the subject has come up a few times over the years but I am striking out. I am missing one knob on my 77. I've searched junk yards in my area for older toyotas, but it seems that after fm came out, everyone yanked the am radio and threw in an aftermarket one. And, I'm not really wanting to drop a few hundred plus for a radio on eBay. Just didn't know if someone has sourced anything more recently?

Thanks

It seems the ebay people thing they're made of gold. $200 is for a broken one.

Post up in the parts wanted classifieds and be patient. Maybe you'll get lucky.

You could take your one good one and try to get a copy made by someone. (?) If you get two made, they'd match and you could save your original in case you find another one in the future.

I'm going to go out and listen to a traffic report on my $700 AM radio. :)

Haha. Couldn't agree more about the ebayers.
I'll post up in classifieds.

Thanks

Nissan cars used a similar radio. I traded one to a mudder out of an 82 Nissan Sentra which bolted in and had aux inputs he ran to an IPod... Other old radios likely use the same knobs.

I'm not sure how 3d printing works, but conceptually I would think these knobs would be a good candidate for someone to make some coin!
